Program code should be swift, efficient, and invisible - like the Ninja.
This blog began as a series of programming tutorials, mostly for Game Maker, but languished when I stopped using that software.
Now it's more like a journal, logging my personal programming exploits in a tutorialised format in the hopes someone else finds them useful. It focuses mostly on programming for game development but sometimes touches on related subjects like OS tweaks to optimise workflow or how to acquire and utilise software.
Also, they say a wise teacher learns from their students as well. If you have any improvements to suggest or notice any mistakes in the pieces of code I post, please let me know in the comments.
If you use any of my code or scripts in your game or engine, no credit is necessary. But I'd love to hear about your project if you do! Just drop me a comment, or you may e-mail me at us.mercurysilver@gmail.com
Happy coding!
